Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods once delivered
  • Partially consumed food

Process

  • Submit a written request with order details and issue description.
  • Refunds processed within 03-05 business days via original payment method or store credit.

Exceptions

  • Medical emergencies or natural disasters may qualify for rescheduling or partial refund.
